Web Hosting

The AACA will host your AACA Region or Chapter website FREE!

The AACA provides the server, bandwidth and expertise, you provide the effort to built and maintain the site.

Prefer to have your club's website hosted using another service?  NO PROBLEM!  Just contact the AACA Webmaster and he'll gladly link to it from the AACA website.

What you need to get started

  • Get approval from your region or chapter to edit their site
  • An internet connection like America Online, Earthlink or similar service.
  • A copy of Microsoft FrontPage so you can create, edit and upload your site to the AACA server.  NOTE: For security and other technical reasons we currently DO NOT support the use of FTP to upload sites to the server.

When you have all these things contact the AACA webmaster at antiqueautoclubofamerica-webmaster@yahoo.com.  He'll need the following information:

  • Choose a URL for your site. The prefix for your URL will be:
    http://local.aaca.org/clubnamehere
(if you wish to register your own domain name that is supported also)
  • Webmasters name, email address, and phone number
  • A username and password you want to use to access your site

Limitations

  • The sites must be affiliated with the AACA.
  • Content must follow the same guidelines newsletter editors must follow.
  • Although there is no fixed size restrictions common sense will prevail.
