NOTE: You must be an AACA Region or Chapter President to place a film or video order.
All requests must be made 4 weeks prior to show date: Requests will be acknowledged. File/Video will be sent 10 days prior to shoe date and must be returned next mailing day after the show date. Failure to do so could result in suspension of ording privileges. When returning file/video to AACA National Headquarters, insure each iten for a minimum of $100. If using United Parcel Service, $100 insurance is automatically included. Substitutions will be made when necessary at the discretion of the film librarian.
